PICKUP GUIDELINES
To ensure that your treats meet our high standards of quality, we require a five hour lead time to properly package your order. This time allows us to carefully prepare and package each treat with the utmost care. Pickup appointments should be scheduled within the available hours noted on the website, with a minimum of 5 hours lead time.
LATE OR NO-SHOW PICKUPS
To ensure that we can provide the best service possible, we kindly ask that you arrive to pick up your order at the designated time. If you arrive later than scheduled, we may not be available to assist you, and we cannot guarantee that your order will still be ready. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE
We recommend storing your treats at room temperature in an airtight container. They should stay fresh for several days. If you’d like to keep them for an extended period, you can also freeze them; simply place the treats in a freezer-safe container or bag. When ready to enjoy, let them thaw at room temperature for the best taste and texture. This way, you’ll always have delicious cookies on hand, whether you’re savoring them now or later! For a just-out-of-the-oven experience, pop room temperature treats in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
ALLERGIES
We take allergies and food safety very seriously here, so regretfully, we do not currently offer products that are allergen-free.. Currently, it should be assumed that all products have wheat, nuts, milk, eggs, and soy in their ingredients, or have been cross-contaminated HANDCRAFTED VARIATIONS Each treat we create is made with care, and variations are part of our handmade process. Your cookies might not look identical to the website photo, but they will be very close and just as delicious.
DELIVERY
We do not currently offer delivery.

Due to the substantial amount of time and labor that goes into creating custom orders, and the need to ensure that all treats meet our quality standards, Drizzle and Glaze can only accept a certain number of orders per week. Therefore, there may be occasions when we are unable to accept new orders. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we’ll do our best to provide alternatives or suggest another time.
TRANSFER OF RESPONSIBILITY
Once you pick up your treats, the responsibility for their care and condition transfers to you. This means that it's important to handle them with care to ensure they stay fresh and delicious.
