Purchase your treats by going through the online ordering process. At the end of the process, you'll receive an email with  pickup details, so you can make an appointment for pickup. Most orders require 3 business days to fulfill through the website, but if you need  your treats sooner (even same day), feel free to send an email to jess@drizzleandglaze.com or give us a call, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Yes, our menu will definitely change! We love to keep things exciting and fresh by introducing new flavors and products to represent holidays, cultural events, celebrations, special giveaways, and just for fun. Be sure to check our menu regularly or follow us on social media for updates on our latest offerings. We look forward to delighting you with our seasonal and special creations! If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out. 

 We take allergies and food safety very seriously here, so regretfully, we do not currently offer products that are allergen-free. As we don’t have a completely separate designated kitchen for non-allergen treats, we don’t want to take even the tiniest risk of cross-contamination. Currently, it should be assumed that all products have wheat, nuts, milk, eggs, and soy in their ingredients, or have been cross-contaminated.  NEW as of November 2024, we have a gluten-friendly brownie on the menu! (This is not the same as gluten-free, and is not suitable for people with allergies/celiac)

Treats are best if consumed within 48 hours after pickup. If you aren't planning to consume everything by then, most will be very happy in the freezer! (Don't place them in the refrigerator, as that can dry them out.) When you're ready to eat your treats, bring them to room temperature and dig in. Or better yet, after they reach room temp, put them in the microwave for 15-30 seconds or so for warm, fresh-baked goodness! 

Drizzle and Glaze is not officially certified kosher, however only kosher ingredients are used, and all items are baked in a kitchen that would be considered kosher by many people's standards. Please feel free to reach out if you would like specific information!

 Yes! All cookies, treats, icings, and glazes are handmade from scratch, with love and care. We don’t use any boxed mixes. Note:  some specialty products, such as chocolate-dipped treats, include branded ingredients, such as Oreos® and Nutter Butter® cookies, which are commercially-made cookies that we purchase. These items are then hand-dipped, decorated, and finished in our cottage bakery.

Absolutely! If you’d like to place a custom order, please send us an email with all of the details. Please email your request at least one week in advance. For larger or more complex orders, additional lead time may be required.

 Maybe! If you have a craving for something that isn’t currently on the menu, feel free to send a message about your hankering.  

No, we are a home-based bakery and we do not have a public store front/shop. We are based in in  Solon, Ohio, just three minutes from Miles Farmers Market.

 We do not currently offer delivery. Stay tuned, as this may change down the road!
