Drizzle and Glaze is a licensed cottage bakery, based in Highland Park, Chicago, IL. We bake delicious and unique confections, including stuffed giant gourmet cookies (each cookie is between 6 and 7.5 ounces!!), brownies, blondies, cake bars, and indulgent desserts - all made to order. And we always have some in stock for your "need it now" dessert cravings :-) Pickup is by appointment. We can’t wait to meet you!

Jess Wachsman, a born-and-bred New Yorker who now calls the suburbs of Chicago home, is embarking on an exciting baking journey.
A successful voiceover artist for almost two decades, Jess brings stories and scripts to life for some of the most well-known companies in the world. So, if you haven’t met in person yet, there’s a good possibility that you might have already heard her!
But BETWEEN voiceover sessions, Jess has…shall we say…a bit of a hobby.
She LOVES to bake.
And when we say bake…..we mean BAKE.
We’re talking eclairs, napoleons, cookies, cakes, pies, doughnuts, muffins, rugelach, babka, scones, macarons, cupcakes, tarts, tortes, breads, croissants, turnovers…if you’ve dreamt it, she bakes it.
Over the years, people would delight in these goodies and insist “Jess, you really need to start a treat business.”
And she would just laugh, not taking it very seriously.
Until requests started coming in.
“Please, could you make that cake with the blackberries again.” Or “my kids will not stop talking about those stuffed cookies!” Or “I would do anything for a slice of that chocolate babka.”
And so, Drizzle and Glaze was born.
Now, in between voiceover sessions, Jess is still baking her delectable confections and sweet treats - but now she's baking them for YOU.
From traditional desserts to unusual, unfamiliar, and outside-the-box flavors, there is a sweet treat for every palate and every preference.
And she can’t wait for you to enjoy them.
